mother’s circle
Early postpartum is a process of integrating your new identity, new role, and new responsibilities into your life. It’s a major transformation, but it doesn’t have to be isolating.
Sessions are 6 weeks long, and meets once per week, lasting approximately 90 min. Each class includes check ins, sharing and discussion on a relevant topic, and closes with guided breath work to assist in resetting your nervous system and relaxation. Classes are led by one of our Intentionally Embodied Birth Coaches, trained in postpartum support and yogic tradition. Your class environment is flexible, nonjudgmental and supportive of feeding, nurturing, changing, and playing with your baby. Special guests speakers include lactation consultants, physical therapists, perinatal mental health counselors and more.

Week Two: Feeding Your Baby; Cues and When to seek Help
Week Three: Your Mental Health and how to understand what you may be feeling
Week Four: Relationships, Boundaries, Communication of needs
Week Five: Healing the Body: where to start and what to know about your new body
Week Six: Play and Bonding with your baby
