Prenatal Flow.

Its time to connect to your intuition, rhythms, breath, and ground. In this space, you can honor the body’s transformation and expansion by allowing your movement practice to shift, learning acceptance and allowance of your journey.

Meraki Mama Collective's signature yoga flow class for pregnancy and birth. This class focuses on nurturing your connection to yourself and baby, building strength, encouraging baby into Optimal Fetal Position for birth, and reducing stress.

Breath work, meditation, seated, standing, and balancing postures.

fourth trimester.

POSTPARTUM is the fire of transformation. It is here when we are asked to expand mentally, emotionally, and spiritually, even more so than birth.

Integration requires each birthing person to explore the new landscape of their body, mind, and energy, and we do this through movement + mindfulness practices.

This session is half gentle movement and breath work for the postpartum body, strengthening for the core and pelvic floor, and new parent support group. Participants will have an opportunity to asks questions, share, and heal as a village of birthing people.

This class is held in studio at Meraki Mama Collective studio, and is limited to six participants. All students must preregister prior to class. Non-crawling babies welcome.

Yoga flow for the pregnant body. This practice focuses on building a deeper connection to self and the body, while increasing strength, stamina and flexibility.

 
 

This 30 minute yoga practice for the postpartum body is designed to ground energy, uplift mood, open the chest and shoulders, and build confidence. Please consult with your care provider prior to starting a movement practice post birth.

30 minute Pilates based practice to rehab the body from the inside out. Spinal mobility, hip/pelvic floor strength and more. Perfect for the pregnant and postpartum body. Please consult your care provider prior to starting a movement practice.
