Journey to Goddess:: yoga | mindfulness | connection

Journey to Goddess is designed to support, educate and empower you throughout your profound transformation in the childbearing year. The ritual of birth belongs to you and your baby. These sessions will create a deeper understanding of the language of birth and support you in awakening all the knowledge and wisdom that is already within so that you can align to what works best for you. 

Journey to Goddess is led in an intimate group setting ( 8 participants max) to devote personal attention to each participant. Class includes 15 minutes doula-led, community discussions and 60 minutes of asana (physical practice), meditation and breathwork. These classes will provide a space for you to meet a wonderful community of mothers and birthing people to grow alongside.
