An 8 week course of transformation, sisterhood, and ascension.

what to expect

 

Preparation:

Before our first session, you’ll complete a discovery questionnaire designed help you get clear about where you are currently and what your intentions are for our journey together. You’ll receive the schedule for our weekly group calls, and have access to schedule your three 30 minute one on one calls with Lauren. You’ll receive a PDF of expectations for your personal practice outside of class. We’ll go over everything in our first group session.

The Journey:

I begin our session by checking in with you and sharing a prayer of intention to ground and protect our space. You’ll have space to lie comfortably on the floor, then using my hands, I will channel Reiki Energy, and your body will draw the energy from my hands. You are not receiving my energy, I am an open channel to facilitate your reception of Universal energy of healing. I move across the body intuitively using essential oils, smudge, and sound therapy to clear energy, read and balance the chakra system, and ground your energy. I’ll guide you through breath and affirmations as we move through the session. I’ll then share what came up in during the session, sharing all the messages and guidance Spirit has for you. The conversation is co-created and you’re encouraged to ask questions along the way.

The Outcome:

You’ll come out of this experience entirely transformed from the inside out. You’ll feel clear, grounded, and equipped to take the next steps forward towards creating the life you desire and deserve. You’ll have new perspective and new tools for navigating life in a balanced, whole presence. You’ll have a sisterhood to commune with, share with, celebrating your wins, and holding space for your challenges. You can expect to feel more balanced, clear, and connected to your authentic self.
