Intuitive Coaching
This 12-week or 6 month personalized, one-on-one coaching experience is designed for the spiritually conscious (or curious) being ready to intentionally connect more fully with their own intuition, align with their most authentic self, and create a new reality. Through an intentional blend exploratory assignments, intuitively guided conversations, and loving support, you’ll begin to heal old wounds, rewrite patterns, and watch your inner and outer worlds shift around you.
Energy healing & Breath work
Reiki Energy, also known as Life Force Energy, is all around us, and throughout the Universe. It aides in our healing and cleansing of the physical, spiritual, and energetic body. In this one hour session, we’ll utilize light touch to both the body and the energy field, as well as sound therapy via Crystal Singing Bowls, drums, and cymbals. This session will balance your chakras, clear any stagnant energy, and offer you more information about areas that may need protection, further healing, and focus. We’ll co create a plan forward for anything that comes up in session. You’ll leave this energy healing session feeling lighter, brighter, and renewed.
Goddess Oracle readings
A one hour Goddess Oracle reading uniquely designed to support your physical and emotional awareness, healing, and growth. In this session, we’ll call upon the Goddesses of all the ancient traditions from around the world, Spirit, your guides, and your ancestral wisdom to receive messages that will most help your Divine path to unfold with clarity and awareness. We’ll identify and work through limiting beliefs, past wounding, and unhealthy patterns bringing light onto their affect in your current situation. We’ll co-create an aligned action plan to get you where you want to be.

Hi, I’m Lauren Shields, intuitive healer/coach, doula, and movement specialist.
My journey here has been fascinating and challenging, but ultimately, DIVINE. My gift of service to those traveling through major shifts and healing started as a Speech Language Pathologist and ballet teacher 20 years ago.
Since then, I worked with hundreds of patients and clients, teaching them to tap into their intuition and divinity using mindfulness and movement to raise awareness and understanding. My soul purpose in this life is to help people just like you to live in more wholeness. To step into new levels of understanding, living, thriving, and purpose with specific tools and roadmap home to their DIVINE self.
My passion is showing HUMANS how to live more in tune with their DIVINE self, that is, healing and balance of one’s divine masculinity and femininity, moving with ease, guided by intuition, and protected by secure boundaries, utilizing voice and inherent power.
