Package includes:
-Text/Phone Support Upon Paid Deposit
- Two hour Prenatal Visit: prepare your birth + postpartum plan, discuss options, desires, and concerns.
-Labor Support: in-person starting at active labor, up to 15 hours.
-Postpartum Support: up to 2 hours post birth to assist with first latch, processing, clean up, and taking photos of your new family.
-14 hours Postpartum Doula Support: home visits in 3-4 hour sessions that include emotional support and processing your birth, gentle womb massage, preparation of nutritious meals and snacks, herbal teas to support healing, herbal sitz bath and foot bath, and gentle restorative yoga to bring movement back into the body.
-Closing the Bones Ceremony: ancestral ceremony after the first 40 days to reset the body, and bring emotional and spiritual closure to the birth portal. Partner and/or close family welcome to attend.
