After completion, trainees will:

• lead prenatal yoga classes, workshops, and private sessions

• support their students with conscious birth conversation and preparation

• create a sustainable business model to support their local birth community

• teach yoga for all trimesters and special considerations

Tuition fee for IEB Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training program. Includes all sessions including virtual and in person sessions, access to online content, training manual and mentorship with Lauren.
