Postpartum is for integrating your new self, new roles, new experiences, and new body into your life. This class is 45 minutes of yoga and Pilates for recovery and release through movement and breath, followed by 45 doula/peer led circle for sharing and connecting to other moms/parents. Non crawlers welcome.
Bring: a blanket or nest for baby to sit next to your mat and yoga mat.
This class is offered as a six-week series with 6 weeks on and one-two weeks off.
